Really... Virtual Comdex? Troyer is right, at the end, Comdex was a mess... a huge, disorganized mess in Vegas. Curious to see how the Virtual Comdex is going to work.

Would have liked hearing more on the portability of VMforce. As Mark noted this might be one of the bigger barriers to broad adaptation. Having said that though, having 6 million enterprise application developers is a good start and tough to argue against.

Will be interesting to see how this trickles into the ISV and small app developer industry. Not sure how I feel about being locked into JAVA but the concept is something I've talked about for a long time. Getting app development into the cloud is a humongous leap forward and once this rock rolls down from the enterprise to the ISV world I think we'll see software in an entirely new way.
